Legacy was recommended to us by a local contractor who has done extensive work remodeling our home, and in whom we have great confidence. We contacted them about the windows but also asked about gutter cleaning and cleaning and sealing our front walk and patio. They responded quickly on the phone and came out in person to give us a quote within a few days. The price they asked was reasonable and itemized in a helpful way, so that we could request just the services in which we were interested. They arrived exactly when scheduled (after calling ahead to say they were on their way) and worked steadily, quietly, and efficiently. We have had other window cleaners who were frankly splash dash around our house, damaging some mullions and leaving smears in the corners of many panes. By contrast, Legacy treated our home as if it were their own and gave us sparkling windows. We even asked them, while they were in the front hall, to dust off a small display shelf that is too high for us to reach and they were very happy to do so. The gutters were also cleaned impeccably. There is a corner where leaves tend to accumulate, and even though they did most of the gutter work with a powerful vacuum, I found after they had left that they had spotted the troublespot and cleaned it out by hand. We will most certainly be using them again!
