We don't use high pressure washing methods that were traditionally utilized in past years simply because most surfaces develop an oxidation layer from sun exposure over time and using high pressure will unevenly strip that layer off in random fashion which leaves your siding looking striped. Once siding is striped, it requires a very expensive oxidation removal product and technique to restore the siding. By utilizing our "softwash" method, we can 100% guarantee a fantastic result in a fraction of the time and cost that traditional pressure washing would require.

No. We use a proprietary algaecide product designed for the softwash industry that is sodium based just like any and all household cleaning products. We buy our product in a concentrated form and dilute it to exactly the correct strength for each different surface we are cleaning and in some cases mix it with a proprietary softwash detergent soap to help activate and enhance the solution and to help it stick to the surface being cleaned in order to obtain an even and balanced coverage. Our solution is not even detectable on the skin and actually disinfects surfaces to the point that after the thorough rinsing, you could actually eat off of them.

Absolutely! While we ask that adults, children, and pets remain outside of our work area, after service is complete, everything is freshly clean and sanitized when the work is done. We take great care in preparing any plants and landscaping for our process. Our solution is so gentle that we usually only need to water the plants and landscaping prior to washing in order to give them a good "drink" of fresh water which satisfies the "thirst" of the plants, in turn making them not absorb any of the solution at all, and we rinse the plants and landscaping thoroughly after the wash to rinse any lingering solution off of the surface, leaving them completely free of any solution whatsoever. In cases where there is a particularly delicate tree, shrub, or plant, or a series of them, we employ a tarping system to completely cover them prior to washing and quickly remove them afterward to prevent excess heat build up from the sun. Any and all freestanding, potted plants that can be moved, will be moved. We generally ask that if you are able to move them, please do so to help us keep things moving along so we can keep our prices down (time unfortunately costs money) by not having so much time involved on each job.

Absolutely! Our housewashing solution is 100% safe for kids and pets. While we ask that everyone stays out of the work area during the process, rest assured that our solution is as gentle as a household cleaner. We thoroughly rinse everything afterward, leaving only a fresh, clean scent. We also take extra care to clean any pet or children's items, even if they weren't directly affected. For added convenience, we kindly ask homeowners to move these items beforehand.
